01
Name the pattern
Not your goal. The number you keep landing on no matter what changes around you.
02
Find the repeat
A ceiling is not a number. It is a behavior that shows up on schedule. Look at what you did in the two weeks after your best month this year.
03
Count the cost
Patterns survive because nobody ever prices them. Price it.
04
Name what it protects
Nobody repeats a behavior that pays them nothing. Staying the same is buying you something. Be honest about what.
05
Write the old story
One sentence. The one that runs in your head at 9:04am when the dials have not started.
Common ones:
06
The new money pattern
Rewrite the sentence so it is true and it moves you. Then say what the new pattern actually looks like on a Tuesday.
07
The pivot

Ask how to guarantee you fail.

How do I make sure nothing changes?
If your goal was to make absolutely sure you do not earn an extra $100,000 by the end of the year, what would you keep doing?
Write down every habit, excuse, and behavior that would guarantee you stay exactly where you are in 90 days. Do not make it clever. Make it accurate.
That list is the most honest thing on this page. Now turn it over.
09
Now reverse it
Read everything you just wrote. Now do the opposite. Those opposite actions are the behaviors most likely to earn you an extra $100,000 by the end of the year.
Write your new operating rules. Five of them. Keep each one short enough to remember without reading it.
10
Your daily number
Rules are an identity. An identity is easy to agree with and easy to skip. So pick one measurable behavior underneath it.
What is the ONE daily prospecting number that, if you hit it consistently for the next 90 days, would make your goal almost inevitable?

Accountability
Who is your TRESA accountability partner?
If you do not have one yet, post in SKOOL, tag @Vikram, and I will personally help pair you with someone.
Their job is not to motivate you. Their job is to notice when your old patterns return, before they become your reality. Send them your Step 8 list. That is the early warning system.
